Introduction
The 3rd International Conference on Contemporary Issues in Economics, Management and Business (3rd CIEMB 2020) will be organized by National Economics University in Hanoi, Vietnam. The aim of the conference is to create a forum for scholars from different academic fields of economics, business and management to exchange and present their research. The conference will provide a platform for debates on contemporary issues of aforementioned fields, supporting strategies to stimulate sustainable worldwide growth and development.

All full papers will be issued in the conference proceedings with ISBN and available online. Good quality papers have chances to be published in the Special Issue of Journal of Economics & Development (published by Emerald).

Professor Diane Coyle, Bennett Institute for Public Policy, University of Cambridge, United Kingdom
Professor Diane Coyle co-directs the Bennett Institute for Public Policy, University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. She was previously Professor of Economics at the University of Manchester and has held a number of public service roles including Vice Chair of the BBC Trust (2006-2014), member of the Competition Commission (2001-2009), and member of the Migration Advisory Committee (2009-2014). She is currently a member of the Natural Capital Committee, an expert adviser to the National Infrastructure Commission and a member of the Council of Economic Advisers. She is heading research in the fields of public policy economics, technology, industrial strategy and global inequality.

Professor David Orsmond, Macquarie University, Australia
Professor David Orsmond has been appointed Professor of Economics at the Macquarie Business School. Previously, he worked at the Reserve Bank of Australia, holding senior positions in the Financial Stability and Economic Analysis Departments. From 1992 to 2005 he held several roles at the International Monetary Fund, including as Resident Representative in Ukraine, Mission Chief for the Solomon Islands, as well as working on economic stabilisation and technical assistance issues across many countries. He was also an economist at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
His extensive experience includes policy advice and research across a range of countries in regard to macroeconomics, housing markets, financial markets and regulation, the mining sector and emerging economies.
Dr. Jacques Morisset, Lead Economist and Program Leader for Vietnam

Dr. Jacques Morisset is the World Bank Lead Economist and Program Leader for Vietnam.
After receiving his PhD in economics from the University of Geneva, he has held various positions at the World Bank and IFC, while collaborating with the World Economic Forum. He has led or co-led lending operations worth over US$2 billion and advised governments on a wide spectrum of economic areas from financial markets, investment promotion, fiscal and tax policies to labor markets. Jacques has published in academic journals, including the World Bank Economic Review, Journal of Development Economics, and World Development. He was a member of the Board of the World Bank Economic Review.
