Registration Fee

The registration fee includes the welcome reception, attendance at keynote speeches and all conference sessions, conference proceedings, a presentation certificate, lunch, and gala dinner for one author. At least one author of each accepted paper must pay the registration fee.

Authors are required to complete their registration by November 20, 2026. The registration fee is USD 175 (VND 4,500,000) for regular authors and USD 90 (VND 2,300,000) for PhD student authors.
